Eight-Light Voltage Tester
A simple-to-operate voltage tester which specifies the output of a fencer or the voltage on an existing fence line. Used to determine if a fencer or fence line is providing adequate voltage to control livestock. Designed to be used on either Standard Duty or Low Impedance Fence Controllers. The tester will read and indicate eight different voltage levels, ranging from 600 to 9000 volts, with a series of neon lights. To test a fence wire: Insert the probe into the ground, then hook the tester on the electrified wire. The highest blinking light indicates the voltage on the wire. To test a fence controller: Touch the probe to the ground terminal, then touch the metal hook to the fence terminal. The highest blinking light indicates the voltage on the wire.
