Catron® IV is an aerosol permethrin screwworm and ear tick spray that controls insect pests on beef cattle, dairy cattle, sheep, goats, hogs and horses. It protects wounds from insect pests, kills and repels flies and fly maggots, and controls ear ticks. It contains a blue dye for easy identification. Features & Benefits
➤ Kills and controls screwworms, fleece worms or wool maggots and blow fly maggots in and around superficial wounds.
➤ Protects wounds caused by castration, dehorning, wire or shear cut, docking and branding from flies, blow fly maggots and screwworms.
➤ Protects livestock from flies, mosquitoes, gnats and treats navels of newborn livestock.
➤ Kills ear ticks and blood sucking lice on contact. Dosage & Administration
Screwworms, fleece worms or wool maggots, blow fly maggots: Spray wound thoroughly. Allow
spray to penetrate pockets made by maggots. Apply over discharge around wound. Treat at 5 to 7 day intervals.
Flies: Spray directly onto wound and drainage area below wound. Repeat at 5 to 7 day intervals.
Spinose ear ticks: Spray directly into animal’s ear. Repeat as necessary.
Gulf Coast ear ticks: Spray on ticks on outer surface of ear. Repeat as necessary.
